This is where our After-Sales Service comes in, designed to support every client with expertise, whether their piece was purchased from us or elsewhere (provided we distribute the brand in-store).

Rachel Missler, Head of After-Sales Service, oversees every intervention from the initial diagnosis to the return of your watch or jewelry. Her role is to advise, reassure, and ensure precise follow-up throughout the process.

An in-house watchmaking workshop

At AUBERI, we are fortunate to have an on-site watchmaking workshop with two skilled watchmakers. This allows us to handle adjustments, polishing, and minor repairs without additional delays.

A dedicated jewelry workshop

Our expert jeweler provides custom creations, resizing, and refurbishing to restore the full brilliance of your most precious jewelry.

Extended hours: Because your time is valuable, our After-Sales Service is available Monday to Saturday from 10 AM to 8 PM and Sunday from 1 PM to 7 PM at the AUBERI boutique in Cap3000.

Multi-brand expertise: We provide maintenance and repair services for 18 watch brands and 7 jewelry houses, ensuring top-quality service regardless of the brand of your watch or jewelry.
