This diving watch features the new generation 9RA5 caliber, which offers a precision of ±10 seconds per month and a power reserve of five days. It is made of high-intensity titanium, a material that is 30% lighter than stainless steel and more resistant to scratches and corrosion. The bi-directional rotating ceramic bezel protects the watch from scratches, increasing its durability. The deep black dial features a pattern inspired by the distinctive appearance of the oceans surrounding the Japanese archipelago, where powerful currents meet. One of these is the Kuroshio Current, also known as the “Black Current.” Flowing north past Japan toward the Arctic North Pacific, it is one of the largest ocean currents in the world. The powerful and sometimes violent waves created by this current inspired the deep black and richly textured surface of the dial of this new 200m diver’s watch.
