A living legend in the OMEGA family, the Globemaster became the world’s first Master Chronometer watch in 2015, further cementing its reputation within the watch industry. This 41 mm model is housed in a stainless steel case with a bezel made of tungsten carbide, a particularly hard metal. The caseback is decorated with a medallion depicting the Central Observatory, set against a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. The green sunray “Pie Pan” dial is reminiscent of the first Constellation model from 1952. Each of its facets is associated with a month of the year, a unique way of representing the annual calendar function. It is adorned with the OMEGA logo and a Constellation star in 18K white gold, as well as faceted hands and indexes also in 18K white gold, coated with Super-LumiNova.
