An iconic OMEGA watch, the Speedmaster has participated in all six lunar missions. True to this spirit of adventure, the “Blue Side of the Moon” is inspired by the colour of the night sky. The 44.25 mm case and blue ceramic bezel are complemented by an OMEGA Ceragold™ tachymeter scale. This watch is presented on a blue leather strap with a ceramised titanium and blue ceramic folding clasp. The striking blue aventurine glass dial is animated by 18K Sedna™ gold hands and indexes as well as a red-tipped date hand. It also features the moon phase indication at 6 o'clock, the different faces of which are represented in Sedna™ gold on a blue enamel aventurine glass disc (patent pending). The watch is powered by the OMEGA Master Chronometer Calibre 9904, which meets the watch industry's highest performance standards as determined by the Swiss Federal Institute of Metrology (METAS).
